Biion Footwear is happy to extend a 12 month warranty against any manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship. Warranties can be submitted up to 12 months from the original date of purchase, with proof of purchase.

If you purchased shoes directly from our online store: Please email customerservice@biionfootwear.com with your order number, proof of purchase and photos with a full description of the issue.

If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return shoes directly to that location, where they will issue you a warranty exchange or refund.

Please note, fit issues should be resolved before you remove tags or wear your shoes outside. If you are in doubt about the fit, we recommend wearing your new shoes indoors to be sure.

Our focus is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order, if you would like to return your order, we completely understand. If you are not satisfied, a return can be requested within 30 days of receipt. This period will be extended during the holiday season, where any pair purchased between November 1st and December 31st will be eligible for return until February 15th. We will refund the value of your returned items (less the return fee of $5.00) using the same payment method initially used for the purchase. The $5.00 return fee will be waived for all first orders.
